SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items purchased from BADGEBASE are delivered using Royal Mail and are sent UK 1st Class unless specified by you. Royal Mail estimates that 95% of letters and packages sent 1st Class are received within 1-3 days. Due to the nature of the personalised BADGEBASE product, larger orders are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery where a signature is required or by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day and also requires a signature. If for some reason your item does not arrive - please contact us via our Customer Service email to enable us to put things right for you!
We also ship worldwide and postal costs will be confirmed direct with you according to your order.
All items are sent in bubble lined envelopes to ensure that your badges reach you in tip, top, pristine condition!

BADGEBASE is a small but highly professional family run business situated in Worcestershire. We were founded in February 2007 and in our first five months provided badges for over 600 customers - we're very proud of this achievement! We provide 2 sizes of button badge at present - 25mm and 58mm and as well as providing personalised badges at our customer's request, we are working on our own designs as well.
